I highly recommend the personal training services afforded with RC Personal Training. You'll get custom programs (you get a say in what you want), someone to review and assist you in creating custom meal plans. Given the current climate they follow all protocols handed down.
I've been a client for 15 years and they've helped me lose 103 pounds in 16 months; keep the bulk of the weight off; add muscle and overall strength; improve my flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance. I've run numerous half marathons under their guidance. -
