    Alex is very passionate about what she does, and takes the time to go the extra mile. She is a fantastic cook and offers the best soups and broths I've ever had.

    Alexandra has always been a wealth of knowledge when it comes to yoga, natural healing methods to strengthen the immune system and amazing meal ideas. Her positive outlook on life and health has always made it easy to talk to her and get tips on a healthy lifestyle.

    Most recently, she helped me get started on a Keto diet plan. Looking online seemed so difficult to understand and complicated. When I reached out, she provided a very helpful pamphlet in explaining the plan, gave great menu ideas and broke the plan down in a way I could understand. She educated me on applications for my phone to help me stay on track and monitor the intake of my food. She keeps me on track, monitors my progress and is always a quick message if I have questions. She helps keep me accountable which is exactly what I need.

    I would highly recommend her services and look forward to trying out her new services in her new space.

    Alex’s warm and compassionate nature immediately makes one feel comfortable In addition to that, she’s highly passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and is a great listener. If you are looking for someone to help optimize your health and wellness needs, then it would definitely be of benefit to seek out some guidance from her.

    ps - I’d also highly recommend trying out her handmade CBD lotions.

    I always feel my well-being is No.1 at the Fern Walk. I have 5 years of CrossFit experience and an active full-time job. Alexandra’s lotions and knowledge in nutrition greatly aid my performance. My most favourite cosmetics is the CBD, and Mango Peach!
