She is personable, enthusiastic And friendly! Extremely efficient to the point of ensuring our orders are correct. If any mishaps have happened she has diligently corrected for us. It truly is a pleasure to deal with a company as big and busy as Cascadia metals, with confidence! Thank you for being there for us!!

(March 23, 2021, 8:21 pm)Good with packaging and making sure everything is tarped but the shipping department needs more people. I have been here for 1 hour so far waiting for 1 skid. Perhaps they could have guys dedicated to loading their own trucks, and separate guys loading the customer trucks because we the drivers feel neglected here.
