(May 28, 2022, 4:03 am)I have been participating in Restorative Yoga with Fiona for quite some time now and have received multiple services including BodyTalk, Lymph Drainage, Body Balancing and Vaccine Reset. Fiona is dedicated to helping you reach your overall wellness, is passionate about what she does and provides a safe space for you to explore your body and mind. Yoga classes are super relaxing, the pace is gentle and I always leave feeling very calm and at peace. I would highly recommend all services, and to open your heart and mind to what your wellness journey could be!

The pace and mood is perfect for this type of Yoga. She supports and accommodates based on your needs. My flexibility has noticeably improved and I look forward to my time in the yoga studio every week.
I have tried other modalities in Fiona’s practice like BodyTalk and find her to be knowledgeable, caring and professional. She’s very capable of supporting a variety of needs. Try her out! -
