Megan Kane and the Home Sweet Home care staff stepped in at short notice to organize and provide 24 hour care for our mother who suffers from dementia. Megan’s communication was exemplary regarding our mother’s needs and coordination with Vancouver Coastal Health. Her staff were competent and caring, going above and beyond expectations to provide seamless care coverage, even when COVID affected staffing of other agencies. My mother’s transition from hospital to long term care would have been a nightmare without the help of Megan and her team. We are forever grateful!
