(June 20, 2022, 4:08 am)I rented a bouncy castle for my son’s outdoor birthday party and the customer service I received was exceptional, she was pleasant and fast in getting back to me. Most importantly, given the event was outdoors, it was weather dependant and they were so flexible with the time/ date of delivery- it made everything go so smooth. Professional and accommodating! I will definitely be back and will recommend Vancouver Bouncy Castle to all my momma friends!

(June 6, 2022, 5:53 pm)Vancouver Bouncy Castle was THE best company to deal with. Friendly, flexible, and reasonably priced. We had the risk of bad weather and they said it would be no problem to cancel the morning of the party with NO charge (luckily we ended up with some break in the rain so the party was a go!) Their email response time was incredible and super friendly. The crew who setup and took down the castle were very friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. Can’t beat their customer service! The bouncy castle provided endless fun for the kids and allowed the parents to sit back and relax a bit without the kids nagging them for things to do. We will definitely be using them again for our future party fun times.

(May 24, 2022, 3:55 pm)We had a great experience with Vancouver Bouncy Castle! The guys who set everything up called asking if they could set up earlier than planned since they had another job to go to. This was fine with us and the kids ended up getting an hour of extra bouncing time! The set up guys were quick, knowledgeable and patient while we tried to find extra cords and outlets. Booking was a simple process and Mesha was very easy to deal with. One thing to be aware of is they arrive to set up and come back later to tear down so you will need adult volunteers to supervise during the event. This wasn't a big issue for us though and we would use them again!
