(August 10, 2020, 2:58 pm)Overall just a great experience. The first 4 weeks promotion running at the time had no strings attached, no long term contracts just 4 week cycle billing. The unit I had initially requested was available but they asked the right questions and ended up getting me into a larger unheated unit for a little bit less. Turned out we needed the space.
The local staff member we dealt with, Kathy, was excellent and a joy to work with. Everything was clearly explained, and check out was as simple as a quick email.
The only critizism I would have is their web experience could be worked on to improve the initial renting experience, payment, and account management. When ordering online you recieve a call back (which worked out for us as mentioned above) there is a small admin charge they take over the phone which I would be more comfortable to take online. Once you do have a unit payment can be done online but it's a very basic site which did not, from what I saw, include things like cycle dates or other basic info.
All in all, moving during a pandemic was not fun but they made their part easy and convenient. Just need to brush up on the online experience. -

(February 1, 2020, 6:40 am)Access is 24/7. Inside always clean. Any time I've had to contact staff they have been friendly and helpful. Lots of sizes to consider depending on your needs. I like that it is sealed from the elements and heated inside. Certainly works for me!
