After giving them a retainer Nicholas reviewed my contract and gave a significant amount of feedback, it clearly took him time to draft up his response. At the end of the day, he said my contract was somewhat unconventional and was more a developers contract. He referred me to a other firm who could give me more specialized feedback and he refused to charge me for his time. Great way to establish a long term relationship with a potential client. I'm sold.
