(December 3, 2022, 8:08 pm)I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Alice. She was extremely professional, worked very hard and got the job done in a timely and efficient fashion. Alice recently sold my apartment in the Tri-cities area, which wasn’t an easy sell especially in this rapidly changing market. This process involved attention to details at a variety of levels from out of the box advice to above and beyond assistance. For such a small apartment…I received mansion like service. Alice understands the market, communicates openly and then executes your wishes with speed. I would recommend Alice to all friends, family and colleagues!

We were picky in terms of what we wanted to buy and our purchase price was firm. Despite that, Alice was patient and did not pressure us into making an offer. As we were working with Alice, we both could feel that she was working for our best interests. Alice went with us to each listing and was fully transparent with the good and the bad about each home. Throughout the offer process, Alice was knowledgeable about the market conditions and chose the appropriate amount to offer in order to save us the most money for our purchase. I highly recommend Alice and will continue to work with Alice from now on!

She took the time to understand my wants and needs and navigated with me for 4 months through this crazy real estate market in the lower mainland. Alice was incredibly supportive, detail orientated, thorough and punctual to all my questions and concerns so I wasn't at a disadvantage in any aspect during the process. And seeing Alice every weekend was lovely as she always had a smile and optimistic attitude!

She helped me find handyman for remodeling and do a lot of jobs (replace all of appliances). She was taking care of my appartment. She is very trustworthy! -
