He was very responsive before our appointment and helpful with getting us in as soon as he could. He allowed us to walk through the inspection with him while we were there and if we had any questions on something was willing to answer on the spot.

I also found additional documents that were attached to the report that I can use in the future for a reference and understanding of conditions and concerns (life cycle of appliances, typical costs of replacement, etc.). Hearing the details regarding the newly purchase condo has helped me with making the decision. I have no regrets. Thank you, Dale! I would highly recommend your services to anyone who is considering doing a home inspection!
