Dr. Cowie and Dr. Low are great but the receptionist are rude, off putting and lack a certain respect that you’d expect at a doctors office.
The doctors are good but a couple of the front staff are off-putting. They don't listen or care about the patients. They actually act like they don't believe you, like your concern has no importance at all. If I have an urgent problem I go to the clinic because they won't see me. They won't use email either.
