Her huge commitment, skillful sales approach created numerous offers on my condo and hence great sale. I am very happy to be where I am living now but if one day will be in need of purchase or sale of my place I will be contacting Kadie immediately.

After my first phone call with Kadie I was certain she would be the perfect person to support me in selling my property. She was open and genuine on who she would be for me through this and honored her every word. You can tell that she is passionate, cares and will do whatever is needed for the best interest and happiness of her clients. She went above and beyond fighting for the sale of my condo and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. Kadie sold our home in 2021 and it was the greatest professional service we’ve ever received (we’re a lawyer/accountant seller so we work with many professionals). Kadie’s worth ethic sets her apart from the rest. Her expertise in staging made our home a 10/10. Her profound experience in real estate meant we had a strategy and she executed it flawlessly.
