They represented me for the sale of my home.
Newly widowed they took me under their wing and helped me navigate the process of selling. I sincerely appreciated the enthusiasm and professionalism but mostly I appreciated their kindness , attentiveness and sincerity.
It was stress free and they made themselves available always.
They are also property management so if you’re in need of that service or the selling and buying of a home I strongly recommend Johnny Catroppa and sons.

They helped us sell our family home and put up with our many requests to view and look at new places to buy. They respected our budget and understood our needs. For property management, Johnny and his team operate as if those were properties of their own. They are careful, resourceful, skillful and efficient. We would recommend Johnny and his team without hesitation.

During this time, he was always able to keep our vacancy low and had a good rapport in dealing with our rental tenants. He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable in his field, attentive and reliable. We are happy with the work he has done for us and he comes highly recommended.
