I have reached out quite a few contractors before but the experiences were not good until I contacted Gordon Drywall and Painting. Shawn responded to my message on the same day which was a Friday after I submitted my request. He quickly arranged to come for a site visit on Monday in order to give me a more accurate estimate instead of asking me to send pictures like all other contractors did. Then he booked me in for the repair just a week after. Everything was so smooth during the whole process. The communications were easy and Shawn always responded fast. There was no headache or trouble at all. His team, Todd and Becky, are very friendly too. I had a very good experience communicating with this company and the job has well done too. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for drywall service.

I highly recommend them for any drywalling or painting jobs. The job was priced very competitively and the appointment time was set up quickly. Overall, fantastic work and exceptional customer service in all respects. Would definitely use their services in the future.

(April 9, 2021, 3:38 am)We had damage in our ceiling from settling - cracks, bulges, popping nails. Our ceiling is now flawless. These guys are amazing. Shawn is super-responsive. Todd was great in our home - super respectful, careful and did meticulous work.

The response time to inquiries was also very fast. The painter did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. Very professional all around. Would use again and recommend.
