work out 5-6 times a week now but after pandemic, I started to feel isolated because I stopped teaching fitness classes. I enjoyed & loved to be in a fitness community, so I decided to try F45. So far, it has been great. I love their circuit training classes a lot and of course great people.
Another thing I noticed about them, I had a few technical issues with the booking app but the owner checked in with me & helped to solve the issue right away.
I have a big gym membership but a small facility that is connected with the local community is something that I was looking for & I know they care about each member!
Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey there in 2023🙏 -

Staff are amazing and very knowledgeable to modify excercises for one’s fitness level and needs ….. no problemo!

Any fitness level any size ,shape and to top it off ANY AGE !!! I am 60!
So no excuses ….Be the best you can be in 2023 !!!!
P.S. Bonus no mirrors 🪞 to have to see yourself sweat 😅 lol -

(November 28, 2022, 4:26 pm)I have been wanting to try F45 for some time but I was initially intimidated. I decided to try it out and I couldn't be happier. The coaches and staff are all so friendly and it is nice being surrounded by a community. You get a great work out in at every level, every time, yet you still have fun. Membership is pricy but it is worth it if it gets you moving.

(September 2, 2022, 11:03 pm)One of the best fitness studios I have ever been to! The personal trainers are amazing, they let you go at your own pace there is no judgement or pressure. I was so nervous starting a group fitness class postpartum but they have been so welcoming. The atmosphere in each class is friendly and fun which makes the class enjoyable. Definitely recommend !!

The personal trainers are great. They are so observant and really take the time to make sure you’re doing the workouts correctly. Tons of attention to detail.
The community at f45 is so friendly, fun and accepting.
I’m feeling great.
I like having a routine set up for me and all I have to do is show and and woke hard for 45 mins. Love it!
