(April 29, 2021, 6:18 am)I called Brad because a few different people recommended him. My garage door was completely toast. Before he came, he even offered to troubleshoot the unit through the phone. He was honest and genuine. He installed a great product. It was an upgrade from our previous unit (we can use our phones to open the garage). His pricing was reasonable and he finished job within a couple of hours. My husband is super picky and he was super impressed with his quality of work.

My father in-law's garage door needed a spring replacement and Brad was on hand to come to the rescue. He not only knew the issue inside and out but talked us both through everything he did whilst doing, engaging in great conversation and cracking some jokes too.
The job was done with great efficiency and high standard. Brad charged a fair price and did not try to make us pay over the odds for other non-essential work that said could wait.
Only down point was that Roxy the dog wasn't on hand ;-)
Look forward to seeing the new step up super van in future!
