Since this was a major purchase that would affect his daily quality of life, choosing the right business was imperative. I liked that BC MedEquip is family owned and operated, and that they offer a wide variety of wheelchairs. Bill, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns (there were many) in a timely manner and followed up throughout the process as well. My friend ended up with a wheelchair that we are both happy with. We had positive experiences with BC Medequip and appreciate the great customer service we received.

He was humble and talked about his experience with the device and spent significant time fitting it on my husband and ensuring it would meet his needs. Excellent service!

We were made to feel as though our concerns would be addressed promptly and at no point did we feel as though we were just being sold a product. BC MedEquip really made us feel like they cared. This place is going to be my go to for compression garments from now on. Can't speak highly enough! A++++!!!!!

She responds so quickly to email requests making sure I know exactly what product is available and when it can be expected to arrive. Shipments have been very quick, usually arriving within a day or two of when the order is placed. I wish all my suppliers were as quick and efficient as Patricia and her BCMedEquip team. Thank you!
