Melani answered every question promptly and with such kindness and caring; she made us feel like family. We received everything our package included at a price that was extremely affordable. No one tried to persuade us into a package other than what we wanted and that was a huge relief. During a time of grief and the stress that accompanies looking after these details, we did not have to worry once! From the first call to the last call, everthing was handled seemlessly, including a complimentary delivery of our urn and documents. Honestly I can't say enough about the people at Affordable. Thank you Melani and associates for everything you have done for us. We are extremely grateful. You turned such a sad task into one that was easy and comforting.
