WINGS Burnaby

The beer menu was always the biggest disappointment for me in Wings. I see how many dining establishments are revaluating their menus after the pandemic lockdown, and I hoped that Wings would do something about their brew list. Well, that didn't happen. Local breweries are still very poorly represented here. They offer Fiji Blond, which essentially is Sleeman, Okanagan Springs, and a few others. Only IPA they've had was from Granville Island Brewing, and during one of our visits, they couldn't even hook up a keg with it. One thing we sure have in Metro Vancouver, and BC overall, is an abundance of absolutely fantastic craft breweries. No doubt, this joint knows its clientele better than me, but I'm struggling to understand how local pub/bar doesn't want to support local craft breweries, especially when they produce a fantastic product. There is an award-winning craft brewery literally 10 minutes drive from Wings Burnaby.I guess everyone is looking for a specific thing in a pub or a bar, and it is not always a variety of tasty local beer, but I don't see how having one can hurt a bar. I've tried quite a few types of wings here, and some are good, some are very mediocre. I enjoyed Red Hot Nashville wings since they deliver excellent even burn from species that lasts for a while. Least favorite was Bangkok Chili & Lime – minimal flavor and easily forgettable. But if you are not into something, well, exotic – there are numerous other places with very similar wings.

Great selection of wings flavors. Good beer selection and nice location. 1/2 price deals for chicken wings on Wednesday and Sunday. Wings are flavourful and delicious. Tasty desserts. Could use better lighting and seating ambience. Good customer service.

After coming to Canada I never had spicy food. Tried Bobby wings , loved it. Other flavors are also good. Best wings I ever had.

Service was good. Cheap wings in casual bar settings. Worth it for the price always, you might want to order side of sauce even for saucy wings. Japanese teriyaki and Calgary BBQ wings are recommended by me!!
You can just buy soda to get the wings deal on Sundays and Wednesdays
Bobby wings: very spicy! I suggest if you don't want to try a whole lb just get the sauce and try your tolerance.

Food and service is alright. Could be improved. Washroom could be cleaner. Not bad.

Wednesday and Sunday are wing discount days

I enjoy the Jakarta and Maple Syrup Bourbon flavour wings. Highly recommended
