I just wanted to give some praise to the Tech Support at The Master Group, who could have saved me time and money. My 3 year old NTI boiler stopped heating and I contacted a local contractor. The tech called Master Tech Support Dylan and over the phone he was able to diagnose the failure in about 10 minutes, and apparently he isn't "the water tech".
I called my builder, as the home is under warranty, and my builder sent in his own plumbing company. The second company changed the board, didn't work so they called NTI Tech Support. NTI had them replace sensors, still didn't work. They ultimetly came back to the original diagnosis. Therefore I called back in my original contractor as he and Dylan diagnosed it in 10 minutes over the phone.
