(December 30, 2021, 10:29 pm)I had a negligent neighbor cause 3 water issues within a 37 day period earlier this summer that caused major damage and was recommended to use Service Master. From Ryan Y. (the project manager) to every single tradesperson who stepped into my house, the ServiceMaster team was awesome, courteous, professional and just really understanding of the circumstances - and they did GREAT work!
Having dealt with another restoration company in the past and having a project manager who would never return calls, the team from Service Master, especially Ryan went above and beyond and I appreciate their compassion and understanding of the unfortunate situation I found myself in. I would highly recommend using ServiceMaster to restore your property. -
