We first used Royal Furnace in September 2017. Andrew is very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem we had without incident. In fact, we called him in the morning and he promptly arrived at the end of the day to come and troubleshoot the problem and fix it all in the same day. We had the pleasure with working with Andrew again this month due to a leaky hot water tank ( overflow valve). He subsequently had to replace the water pressure regulator bc ours was running double the recommended pressure. Andrew is punctual, reliable and I do not hesitate to recommend his services to you.
Andrew showed up at the exact time he promised. He repaired the hot water furnace by installing a simple part for a great deal less than another company had asked for. I was impressed by his honesty and professionalism. Shall definitely ask him for help in other heat-related situations.
