He went to great lengths to get a satisfactory result which also saved me a lot of money. He is very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He made 3 calls and was always on time. Previously I had dealt with another company with little success and am now more than happy to recommend Quick Cool.

What I really appreciated is he actually recommended a heat pump, which is so much more valuable in the end as it heats in the colder days and has AC for the warmer ones! The unit works great and he checked in on me a couple times to ensure I was happy and it was working well. Great service, super professional and guided me through the experience. Thanks again Andrey!
