(June 1, 2020, 1:53 am)This was my first time going to Pure Motion Wellness. I went in to see Sergey for a tense muscle in my back. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything to me which was super helpful to understand what was going on. Also Sergey showed me stretches and other helpful suggestions to do at home. The office was very clean and I was offered mask and gloves. I highly recommend seeing him and I will be going back to see him.

(March 3, 2020, 5:46 am)Have been going for massage in here for two years. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You not only getting a good massage that relieves pain. But a lot of advices on how to strengthen your muscles and take care of your body. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great massage. RMT Kim in particular is one of the best!

Upon visit the MT took his time to explain the process of movement and how muscles work. Knowing how it expedites and aids the healing process. They also have personal training classes, which I will definitely try out in future. Hands down the best Massage therapist I have ever visited!
