Puptown Girls

First time dropping off my pup at any type of daycare. She loves other dogs but is really shy with new people and has some separation anxiety. The girls there were so unbelievably sweet. Drop off was seamless and I really felt my Gracie was in great hands. When I came to pick her up and talked to some of the staff and heard about her experience I was so blown with the care she received. They even gave me the cutest report card for her first day on how she did and the new friends she made. I will definitely be back and would recommend this company to any dog owner.
Currently Gracie is passed out on the couch not moving- I would say playtime was a success! ❤️

Highly recommend for any grooming! The patience and care that goes into what they do is amazing! Love the results!

Also, their daycare is amazing because their staff cares and they post pictures throughout the day on Instagram so you can see what your pup was up too! Being at work and seeing how much fun my dog is having, makes my day better

UPDATE: they got Leroy in again and fixed up his groom. Looking much better and I appreciate the follow up.

Tried this place after our old groomer moved. Not the best groom and didn’t do what I had asked for. Took my labradoodle in for a full groom; I asked for his face and beard to be taken in a lot …they didn’t at all. I had to ask for more again once I got there and they hastily cut a bit but it still wasn’t much…I had to do more at home. His eyes are also still pretty much covered in hair and I’ll have to cut it back in about a week.

His nails are still long and his feet have long hairs in the bottom…sanitary shave didn’t do much, still has hair all over groin and testicles. Overall I feel like I paid 130 dollars for a bath. I also would have liked to see him before being asked to pay and tip.

Maybe I should have been more clear, but I’ve never run into this problem at other groomers.

Another wonderful experience with this place! My dog loves it here. The staff is so nice and accommodating and they always offer great feedback. The place is clean and the lobby is adorable with great products to buy. Highly recommend

Our dog loves this place! They are such a positive and amazing group of people, it is clearly evident they love what they do, and they love the dogs in their care. We're considering having our furry family member stay there on occasion even when there's no real need - simply as a treat for him.
