Absolutely amazing hole in the wall. A restaurant run by a strong, incredible Mom who makes you feel like you’re waking up to a delicious breakfast on a Sunday morning cooked by your own mom. Highly recommend the food, but also the experience of getting to chat with such a lovely woman. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks! ❤️

My wife and I have been going for years . I started at the original Pauls Sub on Fraser St. in Vancouver. “MOM” is AWSOME. She warms your heart then cooks you a meal the meal of a lifetime. We’ve had the breakfast and the hot sub . Absolutely the best .

It's a one woman show, but she's worth the wait. She may come off as short and some people can't handle that. But if you're polite, she'll give you some tough love and make you laugh! She's truly one-of-a-kind.

We got the Ukranian Sausage breakfast and "Mom's" breakfast, and finished every single morsel on our plate. I'd definitely come here again for her and to try her famous grilled subs. They looked delicious!

I've been coming here, off and on, for nearly 20 years and "Mom" still tends the kitchen, and still provides the tastiest, most delicious SUBS...EVER!!!

MOM runs this place HERSELF and is very loyal to her regulars... she can be short sometimes, but she's one of the hardest working people I've seen in the service industry!

I always have the Rib-eye steak and Capicolla sub, and it's still so can tasty!!! And if you're hankering for some old fashioned onion rings, say no more...stop here!!!
