His attitude, professionalism, communication skills and knowledge was much appreciated from my and my client's side to put the deal together. Nav showed us many homes and regularly sent us properties of interest without being pushy. He was patient with the negotiation process and helped us get the right price and terms for our home. A true real estate expert, helped me sell my home in a record, 8 days. Highly recommend him as he is very hard working and organized. It is really important to have an organized real estate agent, who genuinely cares. For instance, this was seen in scheduling visits, open houses, photos, etc. If you are looking for an agent who takes the stress off of selling, than he’s you guy.

It's hard to find an agent who prioritizes your needs over making a sale. Nav was patient, knowledgeable and consistent with his communication. He's someone you can actually trust in this industry. There were times where my husband and I wanted to move forward with a sale and he advised us against it, knowing it would not be in our best interest. We've purchased and sold multiple homes with him and would never consider anyone else. The price he sold our home was also the highest in our area.
