Added a natural gas line in the backyard. Stephen and his crew were very accommodating to work with other landscaping trades. They understood the need for fitting into our project schedule. It rained on that day and they did the work the next day without charging overtime. Pleasure to deal with.

Top notch service. Called Mid City Plumbers at 8pm because our sink was impossibly clogged. I described the issue and the owner Stephen tried to give me advice how to fix it over the phone free of charge. When that didn’t work and I asked if they could come deal with it that night he said that it would save us money if we waited until the morning.

One of team plumbers Daniel arrived promptly and on time in the morning and was immediately able to fix the issue. He was professional and completed the very quickly. He explained the issue and gave advice on how to avoid the issue in the future along with some additional recommendations.

Some of the best customer service across the board I’ve had. The fact that I was provided advice over the phone to solve the issue for free and then told that I could save money by waiting a few hours really impressed me. Amazed at their effort to save the customer money.

Two times we have called Mid City Plumbers and both times Daniel came to our rescue. First he installed a reverse osmosis system and then serviced our hair wash sink, finding and fixing our leak. On the second visit he modified my tap to install a faucet aerator. Thank you for your professionalism and workmanship, we are very very pleased with the work done! Bravo!

Amazing experience with Midcity Plumbers!

We've been noticing weird smell on our water from faucets and rusted sediments on our hot water pots(We drink kitchen filtered water).
And it got so worse that water turned greenish on bathtubs and bathroom sinks.

So we called for help.

Technician from MidCity Plumbers arrived and after short explanation of what was happening, he diagnosed that the problem was with water heater and most likely it's corroded inside the tank because sacrificial anode was consumed.
So he replaced the hot water tank on that same day. Quick!
and replaced few things above the tank as well as the shut off valve that was not shutting completely.

After the installation, it almost took 30mins to flush all the greenish water and corroded flakes out of the system!!
Finally we have clean water and noticed more volume of hot water we could use!

The technician kindly sent me a picture of the consumed sacrificial anode rod that was in my existing water tank. He was caring enough to take it apart to show me the evident while disposing it at the transfer station.
And then explained to me how to maintain/service the tank for long lasting operation.
