Jessica gave us a detailed and much needed presentation and had successfully locked in a favourable mortgage rate for us. I must mention that she nailed the deal while she was in the hospital giving birth to her beautiful baby girl. What a tough and admirable mama and broker! Our salute to her!

She was thorough and diligent in explaining the whole process and due to her vast connection, was able to provide me with different borrowing options. Jessica is very knowledgeable, organized, and always ready to answer questions. She put me doubt to rest and went above and beyond to successfully secure my first mortgage. Her service is exceptional and I highly recommend her.

(February 11, 2020, 6:35 am)Our bank mortgage was up for renewal & we thought we already got a great deal when they offered us a lower than market rate if we'd continue with them. But Jessica, whom I've known from previous work, was still able to get us an even lower rate! She was very good with following up necessary documents & even with recommending legal services that's closer to me since she knew how hectic my schedule was for working the overnight shifts. Now, we're even paying much lower than what we used to. Thank you so much, Jessica. You're the best!👍

Jessica worked through the refinancing of my mortgage with such finesse and was able to get me the best rate possible! Jessica was always able to explain everything in detail when things were unclear. She also recommended a sound solution for my family's upcoming home goals.
