(April 17, 2021, 5:54 am)Had a dumpling craving so decided to try here. I wasn't expecting much knowing dumplings are best eaten super fresh but they were decent. The meal was easy to order online and the 20% off was enticing. The portions are pretty reasonable especially with the discount. That being said, we found the food a bit on the bland side and were missing the powerful flavours the dishes we ordered usually had. I've had the dumplings there before so I'd be willing to go back to try again but probably would pass on the take out as most of the soup was missing in more than 3/4 of the dumplings (prob due to transportation).

The soup dumplings at Dinesty are fantastic, It am addicted!!!! also that pork with pancakes, and they're fresh noodles oh my gosh I'm in heaven. It's a must go! But don't take up all the tables, leave one for me!!!
The service however is a little bit systematic. You definitely coming here for the food. So bring your own entertainment.lol -

(March 8, 2021, 3:19 am)I try to always try give a 5 star every experience but this place is a solid 3. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and seemed emotionless. We order fried rice and had to sent it back because it was way too salty. I was biting into crunchy salt. They were nice enough to remake it which was nice of and it was a lot better after. Maybe because we lost our appetite everything seemed bland. Overall it wasn't too impressive but today could have been an off day and we might try it again in the near future and hopefully change this rating to a 5 star.

(December 29, 2020, 9:09 pm)We found this restaurant back in 2018 while searching for the best dumplings in Vancouver. Fast forward to present, we go here every time we visit from Edmonton. This time we went to the Burnaby location and it did not disappoint. My favourite is the steamed pork soup dumplings but we were pleasantly surprised by the simmered squid in triple sauce! Everything was beyond tasty. The sweet and sour spare ribs were delicious, quite possibly the best sweet and sour sauce I’ve ever had! I WILL be back, this is our staple every time we visit!
Hands down best soup dumplings in western Canada!
