My wife & I had a very good experience getting a mortgage with John Yeo. During the whole experience in us closing the home & confirming the mortgage John was there every step of the way to carefully explain each step. He is detailed & professional & very hard working. There was one time that we called him at 8PM to finalize the mortgage as there was a deadline with the closing date. I am also self-employed so other mortgage brokers actually gave us a much higher rate as they deemed us a higher risk but John was able to give us a conventional mortgage with a MUCH lower rate.
