He knew what I was looking for and would only present relevant information that fit my need. The virtual house tour was amazingly done. All the showing appointments were scheduled timely and well coordinated. Highly recommended!

Kenny has all the qualities we were looking for. He was very supportive, responsible and super responsive as well. 100% recommend!

(April 8, 2021, 6:13 am)Kenny is a wonderful realtor as he really tries his best for his clients! My wife and I have had the opportunity to work with him last year (April, 2020) to sell and buy. Given the situation with COVID, he was still able to help us sell our place with the desired price AND obtain the very best deal from the place we purchased (all while making sure everybody is well protected)!
Throughout the process, he was there to guide us and help with whatever was needed. He worked round the clock and was always there! We really appreciated his professionalism, enthusiasm and attitude towards his work and would no doubt work with him again in the future for any real estate needs!

His well preparation on documents and information drew more potential buyers to view my townhouse. He sold my townhouse more than list price and bought us an apartment at lower price than list price.
