Cooked it on the grill for 25 minutes with salt + pepper and enjoyed the heck out of this slab of beef short-rib. Very affordable and super delicious cut! -

(December 23, 2021, 8:49 pm)I've been going here for 15 years. Always a friendly face and conversation. The staff are super helpful and will gladly suggest items if you have no clue what you want. They carry pantry products that are unique and their freezer section has ground game meat.

I feel like I can rely on a help if there is a problem with the product, and the prices are competitive with what we would find at a grocery store. They have more options for meats then you might get at your average grocery store, even for more exotic things.
