(January 5, 2019, 6:34 pm)I called Jiffy Move to ask about delivery times for a large package, and Tim was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. He was able to provide me with an update on where my order was in the system and a realistic estimate as to when it would be delivered including how big of a window they would need to make the delivery. Jiffy Move delivered my package quickly and efficiently within the window they gave me. The two people that came to bring the two large (and heavy) boxes were friendly and remarkably fast moving those boxes in despite a few tight doorways and hallways with some stairs to boot. I have not used a moving service in past moves before apartments but after this experience, it is definitely something I will consider for future moves.
