(April 14, 2022, 4:08 pm)Great, fast service. Discovered the battery on my older cellphone had swollen and needed replacing. Checked out several places on line and decided on Fast Cell Repair. They didn't have the exact battery I needed but brought in a battery the same day. The phone was repaired, tested, and ready by the end of the day. Have had the phone for almost a week, it's working perfectly including NFC and fingerprint sensor which had been disabled by the swollen battery. Bonus, the cost was much less than quoted by other stores. Definitely will go back for any cellphone repairs. I had tried replacing a battery on another phone and cracked the screen killing the phone. Not worth trying to do it yourself, bring it to Fast Cell.

(January 15, 2022, 2:34 am)I stopped by this place on my way home from work to have my phoned diagnosed as it was having charging issues. I was greeted by a fellow named Jerry (Hope I'm spelling that right). He was happy to help me out right away. I briefly explained the issue I was having with my phone and he explained that he would run a quick diagnostic and figure out what the problem was. I was told it would take about 30 minutes tops to figure out the issue, so I thought I would run across the street and grab a coffee while I waited. I popped in a little earlier than told, but Jerry had already resolved the issue. It turned out I had some obstruction in the charging port, that he quickly cleared up. Although my issue was quickly resolved and it was nothing major, I appreciated the excellent Customer service Jerry Provided. He was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the place. No doubt I'll be visiting this shop anytime I have issues with my phone. Highly recommend.
