(May 21, 2022, 9:50 pm)I joined F45 because I was tired of my gym and working out without direction. The workouts are HARD, to say the least but so much fun. The trainers are amazing and make sure that you’re ok, doing the workout properly but also pushing you to build on your abilities. The gym is clean, the members are all super friendly and it’s a great location with tons of free parking. They also always have fun events with tons of member engagement. So happy I joined :)

The workouts really make you sweat and the coaches are so motivating.
Been going here since they opened and I feel stronger 💪 and fitter!
Definitely recommend to check them out if going to traditional gym is not your thing or you need the extra motivation. The coaches have experience and they help you through the movements and you learn proper form and gain the confidence to lift those heavier weights or try more challenging or advanced version of an exercise. -

It’s my first time ever joining high-intensity group workouts and I must say that the coaches do an incredible job of both motivating and pushing you to achieve your physique goals. Highly recommend!!
