Due to our son’s excellent experience with Bill Dritsas expertise in real estate, it was without any hesitations that we requested his help to sell this property. After following Bill’s recommendation, to perform some key minor improvements to the unit, we were amazed and surprised how well (10% over asking) and quickly it sold.
