He set me up for success and pushed hard to get my offer accepted in a multiple-offer situation. I can’t thank him enough for all his efforts in getting me my first dream condo! You can tell that he is passionate about his work and he was always available to answer my questions. Derek referred me to a mortgage broker and the three of us worked closely together to make everything possible. Derek has great connections and had referrals for whatever I needed. I would have lost thousands if I waited a few more month. He is very patient and even checked up on the place months after sale. If you’re looking in the lower mainland, he’s the realtor for you.
