(January 6, 2023, 11:30 pm)I contacted Mark to evaluate assess a wall for a future reno. This was in order to determine if the wall was load bearing. He is a very knowledgable professional. He was timely with his availability and provided me a detailed report the following day. I was impressed with him assessing the wall in person, taking detailed notes. Additionally, his attention to detail and written instructions he provided were very easy to understand. He is very personable and friendly which is also great. Would not hesitate to retain his services and/ or refer him to family or friends!
