(November 4, 2022, 5:25 am)I would like to thank Jason in bmo branch at lougheed town center. Since I made a refinance. I had a cheque which is delivered from CIBC to their branch on Nov.1st. It is to payoff my mortgate . I called them to check if it was processed within the day because if not I will be charged for interest by days. Jason called me three times to get detail and followed up the case all way up. Late at around 5 pm I got his message that evertything is done.
Even to a leaving customer they are still taking effort to service, I would say they are worth to trust!

(May 29, 2022, 4:18 pm)Google said the branch is open on Saturdays, but lo and behold it's another instance of BMO not updating the branch's operating hours. Consider making the individual branch responsible for this, as it hasn't been managed effectively for the past 7 days at the regional level by a social/digital media team.
Edit: BMO's response shows a lack of reading comprehension. This isn't about the hours that a customer is able to visit the branch, it's about the hours posted on Google not being up-to-date.
Edit2: Despite the hours being mislisted I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff
