Price was reasonable for gutter cleaning, Iouri also provided a detailed report on potential deficiencies that will need to be addressed in the near future. He also helped to reduce the noise from a downspout that was near a bedroom at no extra cost.

Yuri was great! He cleaned the gutters (inside and out) and made some repairs by adding where needed sheet metal to direct water. He also removed moss from the cement roofing tiles. He was up there for several hours working his butt off. Fair price and trustworthy.

We've been using the Adequate Solutions service for 5 years, since we bought a house in Burnaby. They always provide a good service. He also suggest a proper repair, but doesn't push you... instead he explains why this particular repair solution is better than the other. We're happy with this service.

Yuri installed a new drain with filtration box to our gutter because of an overflow of water from it. My wife and I were very happy with superb services he provided. He is very knowledgeable and patient and friendly. My wife hardly knows about things related to gutter but he explained everything until she understood. 3 years ago we bought a house that was serviced by Adequate Solutions. Adequate Solutions where notified about the sale and they offered us to keep their system when we take over the house. We agreed, as previous owner told us that he is very happy with the services he received from them. And for next 2 years we never had any problems with water going over the top of the gutters. Last year money was tight, so we decided that we can save on gutter cleaning and ask Adequate Solutions to remove their system. As we were told, that there is no long term commitment. Adequate Solutions did come and remove their system. It was a very big mistake. After the system was removed, in a month our gutters got plugged with leaves and water started to go over the top to our balcony and started to drip from the ceiling in the bedroom below. Who knew that the reason that we didn't have any problems was that gutter protection system? We spent more money to fix it than we would spend in 10 years with Adequate Solutions for their system.
