(March 28, 2022, 9:23 pm)Where do I even begin. I bought a backpack from them 5 years ago had was so satisfied that instead of just replacing the food and water I bought a whole other one. Came in today with a broken zipper. I sent an email, got a reply in a few minutes and that the situation was fixed to my liking within an hour. Amazing customer service, great quality products. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs an emergency kit( a.k.a everyone)

They were inundated with orders for masks and were also hampered by inclement weather and still got my order out in reasonable time, high quality N95 masks. They also communicated to me that there would be a delay and sent a free gift. I would definitely purchase from them again. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended.
