(March 28, 2018, 3:59 pm)A small park with a very nice pebble beach. It is very good place to hang out in the sun and enjoy a picnic. There is very limited parking on marine drive and rose street. Entrance is by staircase on either side of marine drive bridge on Rose Crescent. There is a public washroom with a grass area. The seclusion does add to the charm of the place.
