  I cannot say enough good things about the team at Alair Homes, headed by Chris Black. They completed our recent renovation, which was a significant overhaul and redesign of our main floor, kitchen, and family room, plus some improvements in our master bedroom and outdoor space. The communication was always clear and the work was top notch. We have done renovations before, even built a custom home about ten years ago, so we have experience with contractors and trades, but this was by far our best experience. From the beginning, Alair listened to our needs and really took into account our budget, coming up with some creative ways to save money without sacrificing quality. On site, the work was supervised and organized by John Campbell, who I would trust again in a heartbeat if we were to renovate or build. Keeping that many different trades working together in unison to meet a deadline is not an easy feat, but he managed very well. The end result was a a gorgeously modernized home that everyone who has seen comments on how nice it looks. We couldn't be happier.

  I had a commercial project in the works for over 4 months, and the Alair Team stepped in to save the day for me! My former contractor was slow, disorganized and non-communicative, so I reached out to Alair West Vancouver to step in, organize and successfully oversee the completion of the work on the project. Chris and John were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and strong communicators at all times, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wants a team that can get their home or commercial job done properly.   My wife and I needed to build our forever home in West Van and after contacting over 120 "builders" only about 20 responded reasonably and only 1 could guarantee the finished product at a fixed cost, Alair Homes. Their dedicated team are not only available 24/7, but they really do cater to your schedule, which was something important for us since we were coming from the east coast.
