  I went into this location on Commercial with just days before I had to take a flight (a road-trip to a concert gone wrong). The staff there were very honest and very helpful. They genuinely listened to my needs and gave me the confidence I needed to not let a hiccup ruin my whole trip. My stress melted away walking out of those doors cause I knew I was taken care of.
  
  This may be a chain, but this location is a business with real, local staff who have true integrity. They don’t look for the quick or easy sale. They are not a “wham-bam, don’t let the door hit you on the way out, take you for dinner and never call you again.” kind of place.
  
  Take the agents card who books your flight and make a relationship with a local travel agent. Personally I don’t want to spend hours searching for and comparing flights etc only to think I probably didn’t find the “best rate” or “best package” at the end of the day anyways. TAKE MY MONEY.

  Clayton was extremely helpful for our unique situation. Our trip was a multiple city stay in Thailand and he was very good at keeping within our budget and making sure our flights made sense in terms of connections, etc. We had multiple changes and he was extremely patient and accommodating making this process much easier for us.
  I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a travel agent. We definitely will be using him as our permanent travel agent from now on

  Jordan was wonderful - he was conscientious and patient and always pleasant. He made a potentially stressful situation with our complicated itineraries seem easy breezy. His colleagues Clayton and Melissa were very helpful as well. This is our go-to place from now on.

  Cherie Lee was responsive, efficient, customer focused and really gave us unbiased assessments of our different travel options. I felt she was looking after our best interests (and not pushing for a more expensive trip). Got our trip to the Caribbean booked in 1 days time after evaluating various options. We are frequent travellers and appreciated Cherie's patience, dilligence, follow up and empathy in helping with our arrangements. She called the resorts to get exact details we needed. She made the experience very smooth and demonstrated a very high level of customer service.

  I highly recommend to book through April at Flight Centre. My boyfriend arranged everything through her and she was very accommodating to his night shift schedule and made the whole booking experience super convenient and quick. She got us a fantastic deal and made a quick adjustment to my layover and amended it from 16+hrs to just 2hrs. She is super knowledgeable and friendly and I will 110% book through her again for all my travel needs. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!
