I randomly found this website while doing a google search on custom mat boards. It was honestly exactly what I was looking for, an affordable way to get custom matting for all my artwork! It’s so difficult to find frames that fit artwork perfectly and custom framing can be so expensive. It was easy to use and the customer service was amazing. I initially made some mistakes when I submitted my measurements but Richy from their customer service team was friendly and responsive and sorted it all out and shipped out new mat boards for me quickly! I would say to contact them first before ordering if you are unsure about how to measure your artwork and frame! The mat boards are such great quality and look fantastic. I would recommend Custom Mat Boards and Frames to anyone looking for this type of service! They were so great!!

It was my first time ordering frames from Custom Mat. They did a couple of things which convinced me they were going to be great to work with:1. I had forgotten to adjust the sizing of the mat based on my prints and I sent an email after to ask for the adjustment. They responded right away and confirmed it would be done. 2) the mats I requested had unique placement for the artwork and before they cut it, they sent me an email to confirm it’s what wanted and then had a conversation with me about whether it would work. I was very impressed. Now that I have the product, I’m doubly impressed- quick delivery, great quality, I put my pics in and they look amazing. Definitely would recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

The customer service was truly outstanding. Richy went above and beyond trying to help me with my project. He provide excellent ideas. An idea that I actually used and it looks great. Custom framing shops are very rare in small rural communities. I was thrilled to have this company come up quickly when I searched for this service on line. The steps included for measuring the mat board you want, were very clear & simple, which I like! The mat arrived packaged very well. It was great quality for a very reasonable price I thought & fit my frame like a glove. I will be using this company again & would highly recommend it to my friends.
