(November 22, 2018, 5:42 am)I went to Kevin as I had been dealing with lower back spasms for a few weeks. Kevin was very knowledgable and able to do an assessment of my back and help me correct muscle imbalances as well as release muscle tension. He also provided exercises I could do with a foam roller at home. Highly recommended!
