  Five star service! Five star food and five-star experience! After ordering my pita and smoothie, I had a great conversation with the staff. When my pita was ready, I grabbed it and went straight outside to devour! Totally forgetting my smoothie. Less than 30 seconds after I walked out the door, they came running out to remind me. Highly recommend!

  Management courtesy is top notch . Quick in response and they do suggest some add-ons to enhance the experience of food. Condiments are also offered on asking . Employees are polite and patient when it comes to order taking. The manager Mahesh has ensured that customers are treated with courtesy and respect. Adding to this he jumped into the line to help his colleagues finish up the building line quick and clear and snappy. He was also explaining his customers and talking to them to make them feel it like home and that experience is rarely seen in restaurants in nowadays

  The service was good even though being busy. The best thing is we have been already told about the wait time before placing an order and we went back and came to pick it up…our food was ready which is nice and fresh. I really appreciate the efforts of everyone over there.

  Pretty nice and fancy restaurant. They feature by the fire seating and a sports bar! Food is great here along with the views but waits can be long.

  I got to update my review. My last experience was not the best, but my recent experience was one of the best. This restaurant is very fancy and high-class that I got to say, it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Before there wasn't a lot of food options and varieties, but now I can see that there is a good amount of food that I like and would try. Once I tasted the food, it was amazing, that I finished my whole plate! The view of the garden is also a nice touch. I would recommend going to this restaurant, but not often as it's a little too expensive for your liking.

  The mulled wine, served during the Christmas Lights display at Van Dusen Gardens is amazing. I come back each year to enjoy that tingling feeling, that goes all the way to my toes, when I have this drink. On a really cold night... it does its best to warm every bit of you! A definite must ????

  I booked our work party (40 people) here, and we had a fantastic time! We enjoyed the Festival of the Lights in the gardens and then came to the restaurant for dinner. The food was superb and the service was absolutely incredible. The staff were so helpful and gracious with our group. Everyone had a really great time. In fact, my husband and I are planning another night out there soon, we enjoyed it all so much. Highly recommend a night of lights and then treating yourself to a wonderful dinner at Shaughnessy's! Fantastic place for a group outing!

  Classy restaurant. Great setting. Reasonable prices. Waiter was great. Food was very nice. We were able to walk in and get a table without a reservation and we got a table next to the window.
