Bill and the team were great. Booked me in fast, did my inspection and performed all the service to make sure it passed the test. They got it all done on the same day and for under the price I was quoted, faster than the time it was estimated to take. I couldn’t be happier and will be making them my main auto service provider now that I live in BC.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. If you are looking for a family run, trustworthy place to take your car, look no further. This place has super friendly staff who are willing to help you out in your most vulnerable times when your car has broken down!! Also, BCAA HIGHLY recommended them to me and I have to say they were bang on!!!! My car broke down and BCAA towed it here. I was apprehensive as I saw a bad yelp review, but I had no choice my car was there and needed repair. They contacted me in the morning and gave me a quote and a time it would be ready for pick up. In the end I needed it sooner and they were happy to accommodate me. They were professional, QUICK and cost effective!! Called me to consult about all work and did exactly what they said they would do. No hidden costs. Please ignore the yelp review it is NOT at all accurate!!!

Really nice owner and workers, small business service is always the best. Came in and got both brakes fixed in an hour and a half. I feel like I wasn’t ripped off at all, and they provided a good service price for fixing pads and breaks both front and rear, just a little over 1K! They didn’t and don’t charge to do estimates/check out the vehicle like other shops now and days. Will be back for more repairs.

Bill's shop is fabulous. I had a flat tire, called him in the morning and brought the car in at noon time. He asked me to stick around as it would take him about 1/2 hour to fix it. I was skeptical as to how he could attend to my car so quickly. They did a good job of repairing the tire without having me to purchase a new one. His customer service is excellent. After the repair, he even parked the car for me on Main to make it easy for me to leave. Great service, reasonable price and Bill and his mechanics are wonderful people. I recommend Bill and his shop to everyone. Just give him a call before you go there.
