I concluded that the offerings would only meet the needs of a few within our organization, and further more, we would have little control over my costs at renewal.
After speaking with JRP it was clear they were able to look at things differently. Today we have a program custom built to our needs. I have complete control over my costs and our employees have control over the investments we make into their benefits. We feel our plan is the perfect mix of protection from catastrophic events while maintaining all the benefits we need to keep us healthy and happy.
Every 90 days we get a detailed report from our Client Care Team at JRP and they are always available to assist and answer questions. I am very pleased with our outcomes and would highly recommend JRP to anyone interested in exploring a new path.
